We are excited to launch a new and improved membership program for the 98.1 CHFI VIP.

 

Now, you’ll be able to enjoy a whole new way of staying in touch with us, without the hassle of having to collect credits. You’ll be able to access exclusive content – and enter exclusive contests – fully accessible from your computer, smartphone and other mobile devices.

How do I sign up for the new loyalty program?

By clicking on the ‘98.1 CHFI VIP’ tab located on the green bar at the top of your page. A pop-up box will prompt you to sign up!

 

When I try to sign up, it says my e-mail is already registered and will not create a new profile. How do I fix this?

If you have an existing and active account with Rogers Media, you will have to sign in with that password. If you do not remember the password, go to the loyalty program you are currently a part of and click on the forget my password. This will happen if you are a member of clubs like Chatelaine, KiSS 92.5’s KiSS Nation and Sportsnet 590 The FAN’s Sportsnet Nation.

 

How do I enter your online contests after the current loyalty club closes?

After joining our new membership program, visit our contests page in the main menu located at the top left of your page. Then, click on “Contests’. You will then be able to see all our current running contests. Click on any contests you would like to enter and fill out an entry ballot.

 

Will the new program be using credits to purchase entries into contests?

No, we will not be using bonus codes with the new membership program. Instead, you will be asked to fill out ballots to submit an entry into one of our contests.

 

How often can we enter a contest?

This may vary per contest, and will be clearly displayed on each contest page

 

What happens to my credits if I did not use them all before December 1st at 8:59 a.m.?

You will no longer have access to those credits.

 

Will you still be sending out e-newsletters?

We will still be sending out our daily e-mail. If you’ve signed up, you’ll continue to receive it. You’ll be able to manage you newsletter preferences on chfi.com.
