A video is making the world smile, today, after 2 young children, 7-year-old Zebiba and 5-year-old Khedir, who have been in a refugee camp for the last 5 years, have been brought to Canada to live, by the Ripple Refugee Project, and, shortly after they got here, they experienced SNOW, for the very first time!
