The Princess of Wales has disclosed her recent diagnosis of cancer, revealing that she is currently undergoing early-stage “preventative chemotherapy.”

In a heartfelt video message released on Friday, Kate shared that she underwent significant abdominal surgery on January 14 for what was initially thought to be a non-cancerous condition. However, subsequent tests uncovered the presence of cancer.

Expressing the shock of the diagnosis, she admitted that she and Prince William have been grappling with it privately to shield their young family. She emphasized her determination to focus on her recovery, finding strength in mind, body, and spirit with each passing day.

Acknowledging the invaluable support of her husband William and the outpouring of love and kindness from well-wishers, Kate expressed deep gratitude.

This announcement comes shortly after Kings also revealed his own battle with cancer, continuing his treatment.

Kate took a moment to personally thank everyone for the overwhelming support and understanding during her recovery period, recognizing the challenging months her family has endured. She praised her medical team for their exceptional care.

Recent weeks have seen Kate at the center of public attention following her withdrawal from royal duties, sparking speculation and theories.
