Kelly lost over 25 pounds, and feels healthier than ever.

She showed off her weight loss at The Hollywood Walk of Fame, while they were honouring Simon Cowell!

Kelly says its all about eating organic, and cooking meals at home, and she hasn’t even worked out!

Kelly says:

“I literally read this book, and I did it for this autoimmune disease that I had, and I had a thyroid issue, and now all my levels are back up. I’m not on medicine anymore because of this book, it’s called ‘The Plant Paradox.”
