P!nk brought her Beautiful Trauma tour to Toronto and it was the poetic throwback party slash confidence booster we didn’t know we needed.

P!nk Swings from Chandelier

P!nk opened the show swinging from a chandelier while singing “Let’s Get The Party Started”—a.k.a. the hype anthem of the 2000’s—and the crowd loved every single second of it. Pause: that track was released 17 years ago, and it’s STILL SO good!.

The acrobatic pop star sang many of her throwbacks! P!nk rocked “Beautiful Trauma,” “Just Like a Pill,” “Who Knew” and “Try.”

As with most of her performances, the 38-year-old expresses herself through dance and various forms of aerial gymnastics that literally take your breath away… because you’re scared she will fall if you breathe. Think of a P!nk concert as a one-woman Cirque Du Soleil show.

Alongside her classics, she sang her current hits like “Just Like Fire” and “What About Us”, everyone in the room was moved to tears by the tribute to the activists behind the Women’s March. P!nk said, “Being able to sing “Just a Girl” in 2018 is an amazing feeling!”

She then followed with “Perfect” and talked about her daughter’s struggle with what it means to be a “beautiful” female. This sounded familiar to some people since it was also her Michael Jackson Video Vanguard Award acceptance speech at the 2017 VMA’s.

With the whole night feeling like one big 2000’s karaoke party at your best friends place, P!nk closed out the show with “Blow Me (One Last Kiss)” and “So What”—during which she literally flew around the stadium, getting up close and personal with her fans!

The most interesting part was her closing song, “Glitter In The Air”; after a show filled with numerous extravagant and sparkly outfits, set-changes, and everyone “going nuts,” she ended the show in a casual pair of blue jeans and white t-shirt, and sang one of her most touching slow songs, leaving the audience with a chance to reflect on the little things life has to offer.

From day one, P!nk has been so many people’s role model. She is a strong woman (and mom!) who does what she wants, using her platform to fight for equality and women’s rights. She reminds you that you can be a little (or a lot) edgy and that you are ” Perfect.”

In short, the P!nk concert was a reminder that as long as you enjoy your life and are confident in who you are, you are where you need to be. Don’t forget, if you’re able to find tickets, round 2 goes TONIGHT! Have a GREAT time, if you’re going!! #CHFILovesPink
