This Friday marks the one year anniversary of the death of Prince and court documents that were unsealed today reveal how he concealed his addiction: aspirin bottles and vitamin bottles of opiates. Friends and business associates told investigators, just hours after Princes’s body was found, that he was suffering with opioid addiction and withdrawal.  The chief deputy for the Carver County Sheriff’s Office says “we’ve gained a lot of progress over the last year, but there still is some more work to be done.”  The New York Times has more details on the court documents unsealed today.
