Rogers has announced a new “Uber” like tool that will save customers time

It’s called EnRoute – and customers can see the technician’s first name, photo with the estimated number of minutes until arrival at their doorstep.

You can watch a live map with real-time updates on your technician’s arrival time as they make their way from their last service call to your home.

Did you know…Rogers receives an average of 260,000 calls from customers a year just looking to find out their technicians exact time of arrival.
This service puts an end to waiting and wondering when a tech will show up.

This service is available to all Rogers cable customers, helping to improve their experience and save them time.
