At supportive steps we work with people of all abilities using evidence based therapies to help individuals learn coping strategies and help them come to a better understanding.
We use a variety of modalities including CBT, DBT, trauma informed, Acceptance Commitment Therapy, and play therapy (yes even online).
We are offering online or phone therapy services using privacy compliant programs.
