Arletha Sherman, drives a wheelchair accessible bus for students like adorable little Anna Hopson! Who was celebrating her 5th birthday! Anna has a progressive neuromuscular disorder, called Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease, and gets around with her specialized wheelchair.. Arletha took it upon herself, to decorate her school bus, before Anna got on for the day, with Happy Birthday signs, and streamers, to make sure Anna's big day was a special as it could be!
