Hollywood couple Ryan Reynolds & Blake Lively are lending a hand to help amplify voices of Indigenous Women.  The two movie stars donated $200,000 to an institute at St. Francis Xaiver University in Nova Scotia, which helps promote Indigenous women’s leadership.

The donation will be used to help kick-start the Coady Institute’s goal to raise $1 million for it’s International Centre for Women’s Leadership and the centre’s Indigenous programming.

Ryan Reynolds is most famously know for his roles as Deadpool and Green Lantern.  His wife Blake Lively, is also widely known for staring in Green Lantern, A Simple Favour and the TV show Gossip Girl.
