A simple dress that almost broke the internet last week has sparked an eye-opening campaign…

Remember last week when there was a massive debate over the colour of a simple dress?  Was it black & blue or gold & white?

People are still talking about it!

The Salvation Army in Britian has launched a new campaign to highlight domestic violence using the infamous dress.

The advertising features a woman wearing “The Dress” and reads: ‘Why is it so hard to see black and blue?’

The ad goes on to say ‘The only illusion is if you think it was her choice. One in six women are victims of abuse. Stop abuse against women.’

The ad is being used as a force for good, ahead of International Women’s Day on March 8th.
