The Buffalo Bills and Rogers Media have renewed an agreement that will see the NFL team play five regular-season games in Toronto over the next five years.

Toronto’s city council has passed the 2013 budget by a vote of 37-8. It includes a $3.1-million increase to the firefighters’ budget. A two per cent property tax increase had already been approved.
