The clocks spring forward ahead to Daylight Saving Time at 2 a.m. on Sunday, which means we lose an hour of sleep….(boooo…!)

An hour isn’t the only thing we may lose when the clocks skip ahead an hour on Sunday. Researchers say daylight savings time causes lost productivity as workers spend more time than normal surfing the web while on the clock because of the loss of sleep.

The Monday following a time change is a dangerous one for drivers and pedestrians alike, as the number of crashes increases whether we’re springing forward or falling back.
