Today gas prices in Vancouver broke the North American record set in 2008 in LA .  Price of gas in the Vancouver area was $161.9! Yikes!   Oil prices have hit their highest point in three years so hang on for a very expensive fill up this summer.  CityNews has more on GTA prices.
