After months battling cancer, Julia Louis-Dreyfus announced yesterday that she was ecstatic about “great results” after undergoing surgery.

In a stunning pic posted to Instagram (which Louis-Dreyfus jokingly said was her first after the operation), the 57-year old Veep star celebrated her “great doctors” and that she’s “ready to rock.”

It remains unclear whether or not her cancer is in remission, but Louis-Dreyfus’s message makes us think the odds are in her favour.

Louis-Dreyfus shared her cancer diagnosis with the world in September, using the opportunity to call for universal health care in the United States. Friends, family and fans reached out to offer their support, including Hillary Clinton and former vice president Joe Biden.
