On paper, this looked a very winnable series for the Toronto Blue Jays: better hitters, better starting pitching.  But Cleveland had another thing in mind.  The Central Division champs shut the Jays out 3-0 in Game 5 Wednesday, winning the ALCS 4 games to 1 and earning them a spot in the 2016 World Series.  Sportsnet examines what went wrong for Toronto, and has Cleveland manager Terry Francona’s post game comments about why he thinks they prevailed.
