I’m sure that never crossed Felix’s mind. Okay, maybe once.

 

History was made today, when “Fearless” Felix Baumgartner lived up to his name, and took skydiving to the next level.  The stratosphere.  Felix, who bravely wore white if you catch my drift, jumped off the little ledge of his space capsule, 24 miles above the ground, and while not quite faster than a speeding bullet (700+ miles an hour), he reached speeds of over 600 mph, which is still pretty super, man, if you ask me.  Check out the video: click here.  It opens with the camera looking down at him as he prepares to leap into the record books.  I don’t even like looking out over a balcony!  I need to sit down.  Breathe Darryl breathe…
