Good luck to all the participants! One of my dreams (RainbowRay) comes from having seen some of this run last year. Wouldn’t it be nice one day to have a “RainbowRay” Run for Variety Village? Being from Scarborough I remember passsing by that place many times (coming home from swimming what once as Birchmount Pool, next to Birchmount Stadium which is still there, but not the pool). Now as I understand it, they finally have a bus route that goes by Variety Village (there was a big uproar last year about a lack of bus routes going by Variety VIllage; glad that’s been taken care of).
That is one of my dreams to have a run like this (5 and 10k runs) for “Variety VIllage” which by the way is about a 20, 25 minute walking distance from where I used to live). Nice dream! That would also make up for alot!
