Kid Rock, Lady Antebellum and Maroon 5 will appear at the NFL Kickoff concert in Green Bay on Thursday, Sept. 8, according to NFL sources.

According to JS Online:

The three popular acts had been rumored for several weeks. Sources confirmed they would be the acts performing as part of the NFL’s Kickoff 2011.

The pregame event begins at 3:15 p.m. with the airing of a film celebrating the Packers’ 2010 Super Bowl season. The concert will begin after the film and is scheduled to end at 6:30 p.m.

Television will provide a 60-minute pregame show from Lambeau Field, beginning at 6:30 p.m. on NBC and NFL Network. The pregame broadcast also will be available via NFL Mobile.

Fans can enter the site from Holmgren Way and watch performances along Armed Forces Drive. The concert is free.

The show will lead into the season opening game between the Green Bay Packers and the New Orleans Saints.

The show will be on a stage adjacent to Lambeau Field. The league is expected to release more information soon on how fans can watch the free concert.
