Hey, it’s on my bucket list.  What can I say?!

It was Valentine’s night a couple of years ago.  My lovely wife and I were having a nice dinner and bottle of wine, and we got to thinking:  what 10 things would we put on our respective bucket lists?  An interesting exercise.  For instance, I never knew my wife wanted to own a monkey! Yep.  The woman wants a monkey. That’s right.  I digress.  One of the things I wrote down was to enjoy a pint of Guinness, on St. Patrick’s Day, at the Guinness factory in Dublin.  I think that would be cool.  And one day, I will.  Even if it means we have to open our house to a monkey.  In the meantime, there are a handful of pretty good Irish pubs in our own town that pour a good Guinness — here’s a solid list that may come in handy for tomorrow.  Slainte!
